We aim to ship every order within 48 hours and we will send out on a next day service, either by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or by DPD, depending on the size of your order.

Please note these aren’t guaranteed next day services but they are tracked. Please allow a few working days after dispatch for delivery before contacting us.

Yes, of course. If you are local to Guildford, Surrey, you can click the local collection option at checkout and we will email you to arrange a time for you to collect.

Sadly not currently - we only ship in the UK at present.

Your Dish Girls products are dishwasher safe but please don’t use them in the microwave.

We love the fact that our products are handmade - this means they are individually thrown on a wheel by a person and individually glazed by a person too.

This gives our dishes a unique feel and does mean that there may be slight variations in size or in the glazing of the product. We check each dish carefully before we send it out and we hope you love the feel of them as much as we do!

Sustainablitity is at the heart of everything we do - our product is handmade in the UK so has minimal transport miles to get to you.

All our packaging is made using recycled materials and is carbon neutral.

We are very careful in the suppliers we work with from packaging to our products and only work with companies who have strong ethical and sustainable policies in place.
